Sun Squad Membership
The Sun Squad (the program) loyalty program is offered by We Are Feel Good Inc. (the company) to purchasing customers and potential purchasing customers on www.wearefeelgoodinc.com.au. The company reserves the right to extend or limit certain offers and perks as described in more detail, with additional rewards and perks being offered in certain conditions. These terms and conditions form the agreement between the company and the customer enrolled in the program (Sun Squad).
Membership Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Sun Squad loyalty program, members agree to accept the terms & conditions, rules and regulations of the program. Each member is responsible for remaining up-to-date and knowledgeable about the program’s terms & conditions. The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without warning or notice. We Are Feel Good Inc. reserves the right to modify and/or terminate Sun Squad loyalty accounts at any time and without notice; and to disqualify any members who have violated Sun Squad terms and conditions. It is the members' responsibility to redeem their discount codes in the redeemable time frame. Discount codes must be entered at checkout before their order is placed. We Are Feel Good Inc. is not obligated to apply discounts after orders are placed. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash or refunds.

Membership Rules and Program Eligibility
Reward points are earned after completing purchases on www.wearefeelgoodinc.com.au, and are valid for redemption for 6 months from earning. Points can only be redeemed via Sun Squad Loyalty Account. All percentage off discounts not applicable on New Arrivals or Sets & Bundles. Reward points will expire if not used within 6 months of the purchase date. Points will be deducted on refunds.
The loyalty program is offered to Australian and International residents. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per purchasing customer. We Are Feel Good Inc. does not offer loyalty accounts to corporations, businesses, NPOs, joint ventures, enterprises or anyone other than an individual unless written permission is given in advance by the company in its sole and absolute discretion.
It is the members’ responsibility to provide a valid email address upon account creation and the transfer of benefits, reward points and tier levels is not applicable, unless the company has provided written advice prior to obtaining a new membership account. During any sale period We Are Feel Good Inc. reserves the right to turn off redeeming of points for any given time. During these times members will still accrue loyalty points on purchases.
Membership Enrollment
Purchasing individuals can enroll into the program by creating an account on www.wearefeelgoodinc.com.au. For existing account holders points will be accrued from the start of the program, with the individuals responsibility to reset passwords and/or email addresses. The company reserves the right to refuse membership to individuals who do not follow the enrollment procedures. It is the individual’s responsibility to advise the company of any changes to their personal account. This includes; contact information, name and email address by visiting www.wearefeelgoodinc.com.au and updating their information in their member account.
PLEASE NOTE: It is on the consumer to apply discount codes, free shipping codes & other offers upon checkout. We have tried to make this as streamlined as possible within the scope of our loyalty app provider and some things are out of our control.
Program Communications & Marketing
By accepting the terms & conditions, customers agree to opt into receiving marketing messaging and collateral via email and other channels. This will include information about upcoming promotions, offers and more. We Are Feel Good Inc. will also use these communication channels to notify the member’s tier status, benefits, reward points, referrals, program changes and more. Please note that if the member opts out of these channels of communication that they will no longer be eligible to participate in the loyalty program. Please note that the company reserves the right to send opted out members information relating to their account, loyalty status or ongoing business relations.
We Are Feel Good Inc. is not responsible if the member does not notify us of any change of details, which may result in you not obtaining loyalty benefits or the loss and downgrade of your Sun Squad membership tier.
Intellectual Property
All program marketing and design collateral and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by the company, We Are Feel Good Inc. This includes, but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names.
