All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney via Australia Post or StarTrack. If your order contains a product “bundle”, your order will be shipped from our HQ located in Dunsborough, WA. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Express shipping usually takes between 1-4 working days (taking into consideration weekends and public holidays) for delivery in metro areas. For all rural and remote areas, please allow additional time.

All international orders are shipped International Express via Australia Post. Once your parcel lands in the destination country, tracking numbers may update to your local mail carrier. It is advised you check with your local mail carrier’s website for tracking updates.
Any additional charges, including import taxes & duties, are incurred are at the expense of the customer. Please note, in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as “gift” for export purposes. If you have any questions regarding the price of duties and taxes in your country, it is advised you contact your local customs office. Refunds will not be provided on orders un-claimed at your local customs office.
All orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We Are Feel Good Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the information provided was inaccurate. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to modify or update the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Some shipping carriers may not support address changes once the order is in transit. If this is the case, the customer will need to coordinate directly with the carrier regarding any delivery concerns. We are unable to intervene once the package is en route. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by customs if the shipping address provided does not match the customs declaration or local requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address complies with any local regulations for international shipments.
We Are Feel Good Inc. is not liable for any delays and all tracking updates should be followed up by the customer. If the package arrives at the destination country but is not claimed by the customer (for example, if the customer fails to pick it up, pay additional customs release fees or provide necessary information), and the package is returned to the sender, the shipping fee initially paid will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees apply if the order is requested to be resent.

As of January 2025, all orders (under $2,500 USD) delivering into Mexico will require your Tax ID (RFC) at checkout.
