We are actively reviewing the situation as it relates to our Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094) product and are working closely with the TGA and industry partners to fully understand the findings and determine next steps.
This matter specifically concerns Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094). No other sunscreens in our range have been impacted. Out of an abundance of caution, we have paused distribution of this product and advised stockists to pause sales.

No other Sunscreens in our range are impacted.
This is not a recall. In light of inconsistencies identified in SPF testing of the base formula used in our Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094) and out of an abundance of caution, we have paused sales of the product while we await further information from the TGA.
Why has distribution of Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+100g Cream (AUSTL 409094) been paused?
The TGA has advised We Are Feel Good Inc. that it has become aware of inconsistencies in SPF testing of the base formula used in the Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094).
Out of an abundance of caution, we have paused sales of the product while we await further information from the TGA.
Is your Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094) safe to continue using?
Our product is not harmful however due to variation demonstrated in SPF factor testing of our Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094), it may not meet the claimed SPF50+ rating.
We recommend using an alternative We Are Feel Good Inc. sunscreen while we work with the TGA to navigate next steps.
Are the other mineral sunscreens in your range affected?
No, our Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094) is the only product affected. All other products in our range continue to be available and meet all quality and regulatory standards.
Are your other sunscreens safe & effective? How can we trust your other sunscreens?
All of our other products use a different base formula to Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL409094), have been through the testing and compliance processes to achieve listing on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and are compliant in accordance with AU/NZS2604:2021 Sunscreen Standards.
How do I get a refund?
We’re not currently offering refunds on the Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ 100g Cream (AUSTL 409094).
For now, we’ve paused sales while we await further information from the TGA.
